 I am an embroidery specialist and seamstress located in Kansas
City, Missouri.
I offer COMPLETE sewing services.
A Sewing Kompany was founded in March, 2004. It started
as my desire to make a quilt for my grandson. Well, I never finished the
quilt but the next thing that I knew, I was in business!
I am a Wife and Mother of 4 children. We are karate
enthusiasts and have each earned a black belt! My karate instructor became
one of my first clients and asked me to embroider the karate belts.
I told my husband that I wanted to do this full-time and he
encouraged me to start my own business. We went to a sewing equipment
dealer and purchased my first sewing machine and the rest is history!
This site is designed like a quilt in honor of the quilt for
my grandson. Quilts tell a story and I hope you enjoy reading about mine.
